Fruth Pharmacy Loyal Customer Turns 100 Years Old

Fruth Pharmacy store in Nitro, West Virginia helped celebrate one of their loyal customer Dorothy Shamblin from Nitro. Dorothy turned 100 years old on June 15, 2010. Fruth presented her with a gift basket full of goodies. Dorothy's family said she received a birthday card from the President Barack Obama.
