Fruth Pharmacy Makes Donation to Marshall University
Fruth Pharmacy makes donation to Marshall University. Fruth Pharmacy recently distributed the proceeds of their Annual Golf Tournament which was held in August. Fruth Pharmacy contributed $5,000 to the Marshall University to support several scholarships that Fruth has founded and helps support each year. President Lynne Fruth commented, “My parents were very committed to extending the opportunity of higher education to students in our local area. The Fruth Pharmacy scholarships were founded to help employees and their family members pursue the dream of a college education at Marshall University. These scholarships are presented each year to up to six students with family ties to Fruth Pharmacy.
We are very fortunate to have such a fine university to partner with to provide these opportunities.” Lance West, Vice President of Development, is shown accepting the check from Lynne Fruth on behalf of the Marshall University.
