Fruth Pharmacy Presents Check to Point Pleasant High School Football Boosters

May 1st, 2012 by fruthpharmacy

The PPHS football team had an undefeated regular season. At the end of their fantastic season, Fruth Category Manager Amy Nelson worked with a supplier to create the “PPHS Undefeated”  t-shirts that were sold at Fruth Pharmacy. Amy coordinated a program with Coach Darst to rush the shirts to Point Pleasant and share the profits from sales of the shirts with the PPHS Football Boosters. The shirts quickly made their way to Fruth Pharmacy’s home store, where they were a big hit. The PPHS Football Team made it all the way to the 2011 West Virginia State AA finals. “Fruth Pharmacy is really proud of what this team accomplished,” said Lynne Fruth. “We were happy and honored to support their efforts by creating and providing the shirts for sale to PPHS fans, and we’re happy to support the PPHS football program with this significant donation.” The Point Pleasant High School Football Boosters received a check for $1,100 from Fruth Pharmacy.
